Responsibilities:
1, according to the project planning requirements for CAD drawings;
2, responsible for the project drawing support services;
3, responsible for the engineering drawings data sorting, filing and other work related to the drawing.
4, according to the requirements of the sales department to draw three-dimensional drawings;
5. Experience in warehousing scheme design and drawing is preferred.

Foreign Trade Assistant
1. College degree or above, CET4 or above, Alibaba background operation experience, likes to analyze data, can assist leaders to maintain alibaba background together;
2, responsible for timely communication with the production department, follow up the order production progress in order to cooperate with customers in a timely and effective manner to ensure the smooth performance of the contract;
3. Be familiar with the whole process of export:

A, calculate the hair body, arrange booking;

B. Prepare customs declaration documents;

C, and freight forwarders, factory coordination packing time, issued a manifest, bill of lading confirmation;

D, prepare customs clearance materials, and send or electricity.

Sales Support
1. Handle and support the execution of sales contract orders, such as assisting in the production of tenders, the signing of contracts, the issuance of production task orders and delivery orders;
2. Assist sales in drawing CAD drawings according to project planning requirements;
3. Customer/project data entry, maintenance and analysis summary;
4. Assist sales in project site measurement, coordination and other work;
5. Assist sales to communicate with all departments of the company and deal with all matters effectively.
